About Us

Our company was founded by a team of individuals with a unique combination of backgrounds including U.S. Army Special Operations. Collectively, we have a variety of skills that make us uniquely capable of coordinating disaster relief efforts such as strategic planning, crisis management, organization/execution under pressure, extensive legal expertise and a deep connection with our community.

Services

Risk Assessment
  • Identification and assessment of potential risks and threats to business operations, including natural disasters, cyber attack, pandemics and supply chain disruption.
  • Evaluation of vulnerabilities related to physical assets, information technology systems, human resources, and critical suppliers.
Business Impact Analysis (BIA)
  • Determine the potential impact of disruptions on key business processes, functions, and revenue streams.
  • Prioritization of critical business functions and resources based on their importance to the organization’s operations and objectives.
Recovery Strategy
  • Development of recovery strategies and solutions to minimize the impact of disruptions and restore operations within predefined recovery time objectives (RTOs) and recovery point objectives (RPOs).
  • Identification of alternate facilities, equipment, and suppliers to support business continuity efforts.
  • Implementation of redundancy and failover mechanisms for critical systems and infrastructure.
Emergency Response and Incident Management
  • Establishment of an incident response team and activation procedures for emergency response and disruptive events.
  • Development of incident escalation protocols and communication channels for notifying stakeholders and coordinating response efforts.
  • Training of employees on emergency procedures, evacuation plans, and incident reporting protocols.
Information Technology Disaster Recovery
  • Implementation of backup and recovery solutions for IT systems, data, and applications to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Configuration of offsite backups, cloud storage, and replication technologies for redundancy and data protection.
  • Testing and validation of IT disaster recovery procedures through regular drills and exercises.
Communication and Notification
  • Establishment of communication protocols and notification procedures for disseminating critical information to employees, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders during emergencies.
  • Deployment of mass notification systems, emergency hotlines, and communication tools to facilitate real-time communication and updates.
  • Integration of social media and other digital channels for crisis communication and public relations management.
Employee Safety and Welfare
  • Implementation of workplace safety measures and emergency response protocols to ensure the well-being of employees during emergencies.
  • Development of employee assistance programs (EAPs) and support services to address physical and psychological needs in the aftermath of disasters.
  • Collaboration with local authorities, emergency services, and community organization to provide assistance and resources to affected employees and their families.
Supply Chain Resilience
  • Assessment of supply chain risks and dependencies to identify potential disruptions and vulnerabilities.
  • Establishment of relationships with alternate suppliers, logistics providers, and distribution channels to mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Development of contingency plans and supply chain resilience strategies to maintain continuity of operations during disruptions.
Testing, Training, and Maintenance
  • Conducting regular testing, training, and exercises to validate the effectiveness of the BCDR plan and ensure readiness for emergencies.
  • Reviewing and updating the BCDR plan periodically to reflect changes in risks, technologies, and business operations.
  • Maintenance of documentation, contact lists, and procedures in a centralized repository for easy access and reference during emergencies.
Governance and Compliance
  • Appointment of a dedicated BCDR team or coordinator responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the BCDR plan.
  • Compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices for business continuity and disaster recovery.
  • Participation in audits, assessments, and certification programs to validate adherence to BCDR standards and guidelines.
Post-Incident and Continuous Improvement
  • Conducting post-incident reviews and debriefings to identify lessons learned, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Implementation of corrective actions, process enhancements, and risk mitigation measures based on post-mortem findings.
  • Continual monitoring, evaluation, and refinement of the BCDR plan to enhance resilience and adaptability to evolving threats and challenges.
Mobile and Static Physical Security
  • Provide armed or unarmed physical security solutions for personnel, sensitive equipment or facilities.
  • Planning and implementation of emergency physical security plans which can be activated in the case of an incident.
  • Active shooter response planning and implementation.
